Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing 14 calendar days prior to the start of the course for a full refund, less $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after this 14 day date.  Movement Links, Inc., reserves the right to cancel the seminars up to 14 days prior to the start date for a full refund for circumstances beyond our control or if insufficient numbers of participants have registered for the course. In the event of cancellation, Movement Links & the host site are not liable for expenses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline or other travel, hotel, car reservations or food.

Grievance Policy & Procedures

Participants of Movement Links courses have the right to file a grievance regarding any aspect of the course, including learning objectives, prerequisites, qualifications, and credentials of presenters, schedule and format, credits, fees and submission deadlines, and cancellation and refund policy. Participants must file a grievance in writing, via email, to the Continuing Education Administrator: info@movementlinks.com. The grievance must state the title of the Movement Links course, the presenter, the date of the course, and specific details of the reason for the grievance. The Continuing Education Administrator will review the grievance and respond in writing to the member or participant filing the grievance with a decision regarding the grievance within thirty (30) days of receipt of the written grievance, via email or postal mail.

Appeal Procedures

A participant filing the grievance has the right to appeal the decision(s) made by the Continuing Education Administrator within thirty (30) days of receipt of the written grievance. The member or participant may file an appeal in writing, via email by sending a copy of the original grievance, the written decision of the Continuing Education Administrator, and specific reasons for appealing the decision to Movement Links’s President. The President will respond in writing, via email or postal mail, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the written grievance with the decision of the appeal.

Faith Rea Faith Rea Instructor

Faith is a board certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy (OCS). Faith played collegiate soccer for Cal State University Bakersfield and semi-professional for the Ventura Fusion. After her college and soccer career she went to Azusa Pacific University to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (2015).

Lori Parchnman Lori Parchnman Co-Instructor

Lori was born and raised near Los Angeles, California. She obtained her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine from California Lutheran University (2006) and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Mount Saint Mary’s University (2009). She completed the Southern California Kaiser Permanente Orthopaedic Residency Program in 2010, Movement Science Fellowship in 2012, and Spine Rehabilitation Fellowship in 2014.
